These Terms govern your use of brokeinternationalkids.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site you agree to them.

1. The store

The site is operated by Broke International Kids, Los Angeles, California. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Broke International Kids.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

3. Products

We photograph every product as accurately as we can, but colours may render differently between screens. Measurements listed on product pages are taken flat and carry a tolerance of approximately half an inch. Garment-dyed pieces vary slightly from unit to unit — this is a property of the process, not a defect.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse an order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to price accurately, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.

5. Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided. Full detail is on the Shipping page.

6. Returns

Our returns terms are set out on the Returns page and form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, text, graphics, logos, and the Broke International Kids name and marks — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to submit false information.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
