Every order is picked, checked and packed in Los Angeles. Orders placed before 12pm PT on a business day usually leave the same day; everything else ships within 1–2 business days.

Duties & taxes
International orders may attract import duties and taxes on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare every parcel at its true value.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves the studio. If tracking has not moved for more than five business days, email us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcels
If something arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. We can correct it before dispatch, but once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot reroute it.
