Shipping & Returns
Everything ships from the USA. Every order leaves our studio in Los Angeles, packed by hand in the pink BIK mailer.
Shipping is a flat rate: $10 within the United States, $20 to Europe. There is no free shipping for now — we would rather be straight with you about what it costs than bury it in the price of the piece.
This is our first drop, so please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. We are already working on faster fulfilment for the next drops — the wait will come down.
Orders to Europe travel from the USA, so import duties or VAT may be charged on arrival depending on your country.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item, with its tags and original packaging, for store credit.
